The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic MSK Physiotherapist to join our large, multidisciplinary team.
This role is ideal for a physiotherapist who enjoys combining manual therapy, movement rehabilitation, and clinical reasoning to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
You will work with a diverse caseload including sports injuries, spinal and peripheral joint conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, and persistent pain presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, evidence-based musculoskeletal physiotherapy for a wide range of conditions, tailored to individual patient needs
- Maintain excellent clinical outcomes and high patient satisfaction, always working to exceed patient’s expectations of healthcare.
- Deliver hands-on physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy and soft tissue techniques, and individualised rehabilitation programmes
- Educate and empower patients in managing their recovery under a biopsychosocial framework of care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes and treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with team members on treatment plans and complex cases
- Manage your diary to optimise your clinical time. Agree treatment plans with patients and follow-up on missed appointments
- Respond to patient queries promptly and professionally. Draft reports and referral letters as required
- Build relationships with local referrers and providers of care to further support your patient’s needs
- Maintain minimum of HCPC CPD requirements. Attend and contribute to in-house CPD and training
What We’re Looking For
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist with experience in MSK physiotherapy
- Strong interest in both manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
- A proactive and compassionate approach to patient care
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Strong interest in being part of a team and contributing to the development of the clinic
Desirable (but not essential)
- Postgraduate training in relevant MSK rehabilitation and manual therapy
- Experience in private practice
- Additional qualifications such as Pilates, Strength and Conditioning
