Our Reception Team
Our Reception Team, headed up by Practice Manager Kate, is the first friendly welcome you will receive at Courtyard Clinic. They are here to greet patients, support our therapists, liaise with suppliers and contractors, and even guide walkers passing through on the Cotswold Way.
With decades of combined experience, they know the clinic inside out and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From booking appointments to answering queries, they work with warmth, efficiency and a solutions-focused approach.
They are also brilliant at putting people at ease, whether you are visiting for your first appointment, juggling a busy schedule, or just need a reassuring smile before treatment.
