Qualifications

I’m a passionate and patient-focused Physiotherapist with a strong interest in helping people reduce pain, restore movement and return to the activities that matter most to them. I enjoy helping people of all ages from every section of the community who are affected by illness, injury or disability to optimise levels of functional fitness and movement, wellbeing, and improve quality of life. I believe physiotherapy should be tailored to the individual. My aim is not only to help reduce symptoms, but to understand the underlying factors contributing to the problem and give patients the knowledge, confidence and tools to manage their condition.
My career in health and fitness began in 2010 as a Personal Trainer in East Sussex. After developing a strong interest in injury rehabilitation, I completed a BSc in Sports Therapy and went on to work for many years as a Sports Therapist across private Musculoskeletal Sports Injury and Neuro-rehabilitation settings. After completing my Master’s in Physiotherapy I was lucky enough to gain clinical experience at the Sussex Orthopaedic Treatment Centre. I am also a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking and exploring the Cotswolds. I’m also a keen cyclist and enjoy football and cricket. I like to keep active and bring this passion for movement and exercise into my approach to physiotherapy.
Together let’s keep you moving.
