Physiotherapist
Biography

Meet Rose

I am passionate about helping people recover and return to the activities that matter most to them, whether that is sport, work, or simply enjoying a weekly parkrun. Since qualifying as a physiotherapist in 2014, I have worked in both the UK and New Zealand, gaining experience across a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.
My practice draws on a broad skill set that includes manual therapy, dry needling, and rehabilitation programmes tailored to each individual, always guided by the latest research. I have a particular interest in temporomandibular dysfunction (jaw pain), an often-overlooked issue, and I enjoy supporting clients to manage and improve this condition.
Working in both NHS and private practice settings has given me an appreciation of the different ways people experience injury and recovery, and I aim to make treatment collaborative, supportive and effective.
Outside of the clinic, I am a keen surfer, always learning, often falling, and happiest when I am in or around the ocean.
