If you join one of our Wotton Under Edge Pilates classes today you will benefit from a pilates programme delivered by our exceptionally trained Chartered Physiotherapists.
Their levels of expertise will provide you with tailored exercises and routines to help with rehabilitation and re-strengthen your specific areas of weakness.
We recommend that all new participants first complete a 1-2-1 assessment with one of our instructors to identify your class level and specific advice that will provide you with the most benefit.
