Meet Holly

I am proud to have graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at USW with a distinction in my Masters degree of Chiropractic and I was honoured to receive an award for best research project. I am registered as a member of the General Chiropractic Council and the British Chiropractic Association.

I absolutely love being a chiropractor – it is a pleasure to help people from all walks of life and with various different musculoskeletal issues. I am guided by the most recent evidence and the NICE clinical guidelines.

For this reason, I often use treatment techniques such as chiropractic manipulation and mobilisations, soft tissue work such as massage, and advice on rehab exercise programmes and stretching.

The ability to individualise treatment is a priority for me which is why I will always continue to further my learning and have already completed extra training in dry needling (medical acupuncture) and pregnancy-specific techniques.

Outside of clinic, I enjoy playing hockey and netball, to compliment my enjoyment of baking! I also love watching sports, exploring new places and spending time with my friends and family.
