Background

Katie is a newly qualified physiotherapist. She trained overseas, in Holland, and is currently awaiting her registration with the HCPC (Health Care Professions Council) before she can begin working under the protected title of Physiotherapist. We have been informed that this could take up to 6 months, so in the meantime Katie will be working under the title of MSK (Musculoskeletal) Therapist. This does not affect her care of you as a patient, just the title under which she delivers that care.
