Background

I qualified in Physiotherapy in 1994 and worked in Bath in the NHS. I then joined Courtyard Clinic in 1998 and combined this with my role as physiotherapist for the GB orienteering squad, travelling Europe to attend major competitions and training camps.

I am very much a hands on therapist and with my listening skills I seek to achieve a solution to your pain. Treating young and less young, sporting and less active, I am never happier than when you are back to doing what you do best, be it gardening, walking, your sport or playing with the grandchildren.

My passions are gundogs (springer spaniels); orienteering; cycling, particularly touring; hill walking and backpacking. These activities give me insight into
injuries, their origin and solution.

To achieve your recovery I specialise in Kinesio Taping; acupuncture; Graston technique; handson therapy; exercise protocols and stretches.

Headaches and face pain are of particular interest to me as I suffer from migraines and headaches, these give me an insider’s understanding of the symptoms and how to resolve or reduce them.

I look forward to meeting you.
