TRX is a full body strength, balance, flexibility and core stability workout using the effective and functional TRX Suspension Training System. We have had a range of people attending our taster sessions from complete beginners to professional sports men and women. Their feedback was that this is a fun, uplifting unique way of exercising that takes you to a different level – our water machine took a hammering!
Following the popularity of TRX taster sessions James and Ray have now prepared a summer schedule of dates on a Wednesday and Thursday evening 7-8pm. Sessions are charged at £7 and will take place in the Gym area of the main clinic. To book a place call our Reception Team.
